Gedulgt contacted us with the desire to visualize Gedulgt Dining - their take on a complete food and cocktail experience. As a party, you get your own room in the cocktail bar for an evening, while snacks and dishes from Møller & Damgaard Gastro, a part of Aage Damgaard ApS, are served continuously, as well as an open bar with Gedulgt's own cocktails. The atmosphere is informal but accomplished - with equal parts quality, presence and lightness. The task was to capture just that, so that potential guests can get a sense of what the experience holds.
We were looking for the living and sensual: hands mixing cocktails, dishes in motion, the atmosphere of the space. We didn't want the images to explain the concept - we wanted them to give a sense of what it feels like to be there.
The result was a series of atmospheric images that are now used to present Gedulgt Dining - on social media and on the cocktail bar's website. They help convey the experience of Gedulgt and what their dining concept offers.
